Shipping policy
🔍 WHERE’S MY ORDER?
Effective Date: August 11th 2024
Pre-made items ship within 2–4 business days.
Pre-orders take 2–8 weeks for production before shipping.
Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please be patient — we do not offer updates before the estimated timeframe.
All orders are pre-order unless marked “pre-made” in the product description at time of purchase
🚫 ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL
-Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded — no exceptions.
-If you enter the wrong address or size, we’ll try to help if you email us immediately, but changes are not guaranteed.
✏️ ORDER CHANGES (ADDRESS OR SIZE)
-If you need to change your address or size, contact us immediately at support@unmanageableclothing.com.
-If your order is already processed or in production, we will not be able to update it.
-We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect info submitted at checkout.
🚚 SHIPPING & PACKAGE RESPONSIBILITY
-Once your order is scanned by the shipping carrier, it is no longer our responsibility.
-If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, you must file a claim with the carrier.
-We do not issue refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
-If your order is returned to sender due to address issues, customs fees, or any other reason, you’ll be required to pay for a new shipping label before we resend it.
🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – CUSTOMS & DUTIES
-International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes.
-We do not reimburse international fees under any circumstance.
Sticker Orders
-Sticker orders are shipped separately in envelopes using USPS letter mail with a postage stamp.
-These shipments do not include tracking and may take up to 45 business days (U.S. only).
-By ordering stickers, you agree that shipping is untracked, non-refundable, and at your own risk.
-We are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered sticker envelopes.
