Pre-orders are made-to-order and follow specific production timelines.
Shipping estimates are provided but not guaranteed.

📦 Lost or Misdelivered Packages

If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

- File a claim with the shipping carrier.

- We do not replace or refund lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.
