-No address or size changes are guaranteed after checkout
-Pre-order wait times do not qualify for refunds

⏳ 3. Pre-Orders & Shipping Timelines
-Most items are pre-order and require 5–12 weeks to produce and fulfill
-Once your order ships, it’s your responsibility to track it
🔐 4. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
We reserve the right to:
-Cancel orders flagged as suspicious or high-risk
-Request identity verification
-Ban customers who abuse our system or file false chargebacks
📦 5. Shipping Liability & Chargebacks
-Once your package is scanned by the carrier, it is out of our control
-If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact the carrier to file a claim
-Filing a chargeback under these conditions may lead to collections or legal action

-NO returns or exchanges for wrong size
-Sizing charts are clearly shown on product pages — review before ordering
-If you make an error, email us right away — but we do not guarantee changes after checkout

-Not to file chargebacks over pre-order wait times, shipping issues, or lost/stolen packages
-To contact us first to resolve any issue

-Customers who file false disputes may be banned and sent to collections
